서비스 이용약관

본 약관은 Critter Survivors(이하 "본 앱")의 이용 조건을 규정합니다. 본 앱을 다운로드하거나 사용함으로써 본 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.
1. 서비스 개요
본 앱은 모바일 기기에서 즐길 수 있는 싱글 플레이어 생존 게임입니다. 모든 게임 데이터는 사용자의 기기에 로컬로 저장되며, 별도의 계정 생성이나 로그인이 필요하지 않습니다.
2. 이용 조건
사용자는 다음 사항을 준수해야 합니다:
- 본 앱을 합법적인 목적으로만 사용
- 본 앱의 역공학, 디컴파일, 분해 또는 소스 코드 추출 금지
- 본 앱의 보안 기능 우회 또는 무력화 금지
- 본 앱을 이용하여 타인의 권리를 침해하는 행위 금지
3. 지적재산권
본 앱에 포함된 모든 콘텐츠(그래픽, 사운드, 코드, 텍스트 등)에 대한 지적재산권은 개발자에게 있습니다. 사용자는 개인적, 비상업적 용도로만 본 앱을 사용할 수 있으며, 콘텐츠의 무단 복제, 수정, 배포는 금지됩니다.
4. 게임 데이터
모든 게임 진행 데이터(골드, 해금 캐릭터, 업그레이드 등)는 사용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다. 앱을 삭제하면 모든 데이터가 영구적으로 삭제되며, 개발자는 데이터 복구에 대한 책임을 지지 않습니다.
5. 면책 조항
본 앱은 "있는 그대로(AS IS)" 제공되며, 명시적이든 묵시적이든 어떠한 종류의 보증도 하지 않습니다. 개발자는 본 앱의 사용으로 인해 발생하는 직접적, 간접적, 우발적, 특수적, 결과적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
6. 서비스 변경 및 중단
개발자는 사전 통지 없이 본 앱의 기능을 변경, 업데이트 또는 중단할 수 있는 권리를 보유합니다.
7. 약관 변경
본 약관은 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 페이지를 통해 공지합니다. 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않는 경우 본 앱의 사용을 중단해야 합니다.
8. 준거법
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되고 적용됩니다.

These Terms of Service govern your use of Critter Survivors ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Service Overview
The App is a single-player survival game for mobile devices. All game data is stored locally on your device, and no account creation or login is required.
2. Terms of Use
Users must comply with the following:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract the source code of the App
- Do not bypass or disable any security features of the App
- Do not use the App to infringe upon the rights of others
3. Intellectual Property
All content in the App (graphics, sounds, code, text, etc.) is the intellectual property of the developer. Users may use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of the content is prohibited.
4. Game Data
All game progress data (gold, unlocked characters, upgrades, etc.) is stored only on the user's device. Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all data, and the developer is not responsible for data recovery.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
6. Service Changes and Termination
The developer reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App's features without prior notice.
7. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the App.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
